I am trying to restore some files, actually the entire volume but the disk space is smaller than the back up, so I am trying to do it through the dashboard.
I'm getting stuck at 81%.

Do you have anything mounted to "Z:\"? Such as a mapped network drive?
Also, open up Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) and find "Windows Server Driver for Restore" or the like, under the "System" devices, right click on it, and select "Uninstall". If it gives you the option to, select "Delete files". Once you've done this, uninstall and reinstall the connector software.
That *should* fix the issue.
I did have a mppaed drive on z which I have unmounted and I have deleted the driver and reinstalled the connector software. But its still not working. Is there any way to access the back ups manually or anything else I can try?
