So, I have a weird problem that I am just starting to wrap my head around. Basically about every 8 months or so (I don't know the exact times) my backup data base become corrupted and no amount of fixing will keep it together. I can run the backup database repair and it will fix the problem but the very next day it comes back. The only fix I have found is to delete the entire backup database and start from scratch and then it works fine for 6 - 12 months before I have to repeat the same thing. Any ideas on why this would keep happening to me?
