I've got an older H340 running WHS v1. Everything was fine yesterday when H340 disappeared from network. All 4 drive lights blue the i light also blue but blinking. Rebooted H340 no change. Dug out Acer Server Recovery DVD. Per instructions uninstall Connector, turn off H340, Stuck paper clip in hole in back. H340 comes up. no hard drive lights, no ethernet light in back. Start Recovery, it finds H340, ethernet lights up. Check router it connected. Continue Recovery. It starts recovery and immediately crashes with Network error. Tried Recover like 3 times. Always the same. Any suggestions??
So dug up the Acher H340 manual. It says "Prepare a bootable USB device by copying or downloading the ANNIE.GHO diagnostic utility to the USB device" Problem. Can't find ANNIE.GHO anywhere.Still looking for HELP.
