Reinstall Of Whs, Adding 2Nd Hdd Gives Me Personalization Errors

Hi All,
I recently did a full reinstall fo WHS v1 with no problems. Had my media on a few external drives ready to copy back on after I added my second HDD. When I tried to add the second HDD after reinstall I get a few personalization errors and then a gray backgroundon my server. I honestly have no idea why or what could cause this.

The second drive had data on it but I formatted it again and restarted the server. I still get the personalization errors and would liek to keep using this drive instead of purchasing a new one. The server boots up fine until right after I log on - that's when I get the personalization errors.

Do I need ot add the new HDD to the pool?

Will that get rid of these errors?

Or am I just out of lluck with using this HDD?
