Lots Of Whs11 Issues

So I am having a fair few issues with my set up of WHS11 recently. They may be all related, might not be.

Two major changes to my server in the last few months, which is when they started.

1) I configured Drive Bender and started to use 1 storage pool.

2) I upgrade the CPU/Motherboard

My set up was

CPU: Intel G530

Mobo: AsRock H61DEL

RAM: 4gb

HDDS: 2x2TB WD Green and 2x2TB Segate (barracuda maybe not sure)

I upgraded it to

CPU: Intel G3220

Mobo: Asus H87i Plus

Also changed the PSU from a 450w to a 300w

When I upgraded there were no issues with the OS, I just needed to re-activate it.

The temperatures with the new system are all fine. HDD's sit around 35deg and CPU is at 65deg under load.

The few issues I am having are as follows.

I was having an issue with drivebender and I solved the issue yesterday, which is when the first two issues started. The drive bender issue I was having was that one of the drives were pending removal. DB support told me to map a drive letter and change a status in a log file. I did that and the issue was fixed. The issue was that I had files that appeared in the correct location, but when you tried to access them they were not there.

1) I can not seem to transfer files, of any size to the server (from any computer) I have tried from multiple computers on the network. If it decides to transfer anything, it will transfer about half and then just stop and freeze windows explorer. I can take files from the server onto my computer without issue.

2) This might be related to the above issue. The server is slow to respond. I will click on Server in windows explorer and it will take a bit of time to load the folders page. Click on the folders page and again it takes a bit of time to load. Click on a file and it will take a while to open the file etc. About a week ago this was instant (like it was a local file/folder)

3) The OS is located on my SSD however it takes a very long time to load. The windows progress bar will pop up for a minute or so and then a black screen will appear for 1-5mins before the "Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to log on" appears.

4) There are a few services that don't seem to start up on boot. I have checked in the services.msc and they all seem to be set to automatic start but about 30min after the server is booted up it will say they are not running in the alert viewer.

The Alerts are for:

Windows Storage

Windows Back-up

Various Services

I have considered just performing a clean install. Copy all the files I need to keep off the server and format all the drives.

Any help would be amazing. The first two issues are probably the most important to solve. The second two are annoying but easy enough to work around.
