Right now I have WHS2011 running with a single HD, a 3TB drive. Because it is the boot drive it is partitioned as 2TB and 1TB. However, when the 2TB is almost full I get warnings and the other partition is not used at all.
I have heard that if the drive is not the boot drive it can be partitioned as 3TB. Is this correct?
If so, I was going to have an SSD for boot and then make the 3TB as the data drive, one partition, for all the data.
Will this work?
