Altos R520 Vtx Server

Hi, i just purchased a second hard Altos R520 server with 8GB of RAM and VTX support. Im planning on using this machine for virtulization.

I have a RACK in my room, currently running a PowerEdge 1850, some cisco switches, a PIX515E firewall etc.

Heres the thing, the R520 is just a TAD loud!! I have checked the BIOS for an option to slow the fan speeds to no avail.

Has anyone got any ideas how i can slow the fan speeds a bit, the server is not under any heav load at all and i will not be virtulizing too much
