I realize this might be a silly question but...
I want to run Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials virtualized (the license allows WSE to run one VM of WSE. This gives you some benefits). Obviously running LO on the VM is kind of pointless because just putting the VM to sleep doesn't really save much power.
So my question is... Is there a way to configure LO so that it actually controls the wake/sleep state of the host OS? So it would need to run in the guest OS but also be able to control the host OS at the same time. Is this possible?
