Failed Upgrade To 2.5?

I had to recover the server after system drive failed. I am confused on upgrade status for the server and client... First status below points to 2.5 running but the other ones point to 2.1 running!

STATUS:

- Server (console) --> Settings (link in upper-right) --> HP MediaSmart Server (left column) --> HP Update (tab): Shows Version running is 2.5. Clicking on "Check for updates" link shows there are no further updates

- Server (console) --> Welcome screen (main screen after log into server console): Shows regular welcome screen, without identifying that 2.5 is running (the one I remember from previously would identify 2.5 and instruct client computers to be updated too)

- Going to http://[servername]/HPHome/ shows the old version of the MediaSmart Server Home screen, with fewer icons (e.g. no Media Collector Status, Wake Server, etc.)

- Going to client computer, after installing the connector from the \\[servername]\Software\Home Server Connector Software\WHSConnectorInstall.exe, in Control Panel --> Programs and Features --> HP MediaSmart Server (x64), highlighting the program shows in the window status bar Product Version is 2.1.7.24261

SO...

Looks like I only have 2.1... except for the first status above, and no way to further update.

Any ideas on what is going on??
