I'm evaluating the program for purchase, and really need it to work but I have run into a problem that I can't seem to solve.
System:
Acer H340
Marvell Yukon 88E8071 Nic Driver Version: 11.45.4.3 Setup Per User Manual
Intel 82945G Display Adapter Driver Version: 6.14.10.4926
APC NS1350 Backup Powering Unit.
OS is Fully updated
Installation:
Uninstalled Factory LO
Installed Latest IT LO on Server
Installed LO Client on All Client Machines (All Windows 7)
Problem:
Once the server has suspended for a certian amount of time the server cannot be wakened. The ONLY way the server will start back up is to pull the power cord. (Nothing else will get the server running again) If I long press the power button and wait a minute, the unit will startup for about 2 sec. then shut down and go right back into flashing power light (suspend?)
There are no errors in any of the windows event logs other then: (System)
"The previous system shutdown at 7:21:28 AM on 1/15/2014 was unexpected."
LO shows the system Initiated Suspend at 7:21:58 AM on 1/15/2014 and completed at 7:21:59 AM on 1/15/2014. I got home and tried to start the Server via one of the clients @ 5:06PM
Now here is the very tricky part:
It's only after a certain amount of time has passed that the Server will not wake up, I have yet to find the exact amount of time that passes before it can no longer be woken up, but it seems to work before 30 min has passed.
Ther Server will wake with no problem before this "lockup" occures.
I've tried everything; Please help before I give up..
