Podcast Sync Across Windows 8, Ios And Android

I listen to podcasts a lot, but use different devices depending where I am.

Does anyone have any recommendations for how best to sync (play-state specifically, but subscriptions and content would be good too) across Win 8, IOS (iPAD) and Android...?

I use Beyondpod on Android, MediaMonkey on Win8 and iTunes on IOS. I've tried to set-up the beta of MediaMonkey on Android and Win 8, but not sure its delivering what I need.

Any ideas..?
