Client Pc Sleeps, But Sometimes Wakes As If It Was In Hibernation

I don't know what this has to do with what, but I thought I'd mention this here.

I have a client PC that is set to sleep after 30 minutes (as are all my PC's), there has been two times now though that in the morning, I would click a mouse button to wake the PC and turn on the monitor.  What happens is the computer comes to life, but there is no video signal.  The PC actually shuts off, then back on and I am greeted by 'Resuming Windows' as if it were in hibernation, only problem I can see is, hibernation isn't allowed.  The majority of the time, in the same situation in the mornings, it just comes out of S3 sleep state as it should and always has.

I know it's not a lights out issue, but it has only happened since lights out was installed.  The only other thing I could ad is that it is on a UPS, which I had installed the powerchute software too, ran this way for awhile, uninstalled the software only to find that the native windows battery options were not there.  After searching the net I found the necessary changes that need to be made in order for the windows battery options to be available under advanced power management. I did that about two months ago though.

Anyone with any thoughts or suggestions on what to look for here?

It is an ASRock Z77 Extreme4 mobo, i7-2600K, GTX 670 FTX Sig2, 16 GB G-Skill 1866, 128 GB Crucial M4 SSD.

I can't help but think it has something to do with residual from the powerchute software, which would hibernate the PC when a power outage occurred, there was no sleep option with powerchute..  I use sleep, I like it, it's fast.  I keep the UPS settings set to shut down the PC as opposed to hibernate.  Anyone with an APC BEXXXG UPS will know what I'm talking about with regard to the UPS clicking (assuming it is adjusting line voltage), and I do hear this from time to time on the rare occasion I am awake at night.  However, After hearing this, it isn't always an indication that the PC will wake from sleep or hibernation as described above.
