Lights Out Operation And Remote Web Access

After installing lights out last night and setting up 5 of 7 client PC's and noticing the server would suspend on it's own, awake from the client lights out wake now command, and suspend on its own again, I left the 5 client PC's (suspended) on, and the server on in suspended mode as well.  This morning, the server was again in suspend mode, and according to the dashboard all 5 client PC's had the backup operation completed.

Server was in suspend when I left for work, logged in to my remote web access page, assuming the server awoke from suspend just for this, everything seemed to be functioning as normal.  I have two PC's that are wired on the lan along with the server, one windows 7, the other windows xp.  While in the lights out portion of the dashboard I was able to wake the windows 7 PC, the windows XP machine would not wake (at that time, I had not selected under the network adapter to allow other machines to wake that PC from the NIC, this has since been changed).

It was about 9:30 AM when I access the remote web access and roughly about that time that I used the wake command on the windows 7 PC, verified that it was awake, and had tried to wake the XP machine.  Fast Forward to noon, home for lunch, the windows 7 machine is in suspend mode (as it should be) but the server is up and awake (it's set to suspend from 5 minutes of inactivity).  At this time I configured the XP machine to all other machines to wake it from the NIC.  While on the XP machine, I used the lights out tray icon to suspend the server, which it did.  Before leaving for work, the XP machine was again in suspend mode.

Back at work, and now trying to access remote web access and I'm not getting through.  One setting I did change on the lights out was to NOT monitor IP machines, I did this from the XP machine before suspending the server over lunch.

Do I need to have it monitor IP in order to have remote web wake the server?  Just wondering as that is the only thing I've changed between it apparently waking the server this morning, and not waking it now.
