It was never listed as an add-in, and I think everyone is under the assumption Diskeeper didn't make a version for WHS 2011, but they did. They did not continue the trend with Diskeeper 2012, but on the doskeeper website I located Diskeeper 2011 for WHS 2011 still being available for awhile.
It integrates into the dashboard perfectly, and works flawlessly. The only downside is the price, which at $59 is as much as the OS itself. Anyway, just throwing out there that for the time being there is an alternative defragmenter that integrates well.
