First post on the forum, any help would be appreciated.
Have a strange problem in that I cannot access backups from one of my client machines through the connector dashboard . This is my main PC, desktop with 32bit XP.
As noted above the process stalls at 81%. I have googled and seen suggestions that the drive cannot be mounted, however, from another client machine a Windows 8 laptop the restore process completes and I can access the drives and restore files so the backups are intact.
I recently installed the hotfix so the W8 laptop could be backed up which it is succcesfully doing but no idea why I cannot access this now from my main PC.
Does anyone have any ideas?
