I've had my server for awhile and it's worked fine. Now, it won't wake up, even if I send a wakeup message from a client machine.
I recently changed routers and anti-virus. Perhaps some firewall is suppressing the necessary packet?
I uninstalled LO on the server, and reinstalled it. It's temporarily set to not hibernate, which defeats the point. For now, that works, but I also can't reinstall the LO client on my primary workstation. I get a message that "An Add-In cannot be installed".
As part of reinstalling LO on the server I uninstalled it on the client and rebooted. I disabled the AV (Avast) temporarily to prevent that from blocking installation, then clicked the link on the server to install it on all clients. Last night that resulted in getting pop-ups on the client workstation that LO was installing (it wasn't) but now I don't even get that.
Is there a separate LO client I can install manually on the client workstation?
Is there some way to determine if LO on the server is not sensing the clients, or if it's not getting whatever signals it requires to wake up?
Thanks in advance.
