Hey guys I am new here, so nice to meet all of you.
Now i have scoured the forums before posting this problem, yet i still cannot find a definitive answer. I downloaded a movie in the format of h264 mp4. I have my pc connected to my xbox so i can stream from the pc. I have no problems with avi etc and a few times i have even had h264 movies work. So i saw another post where someone had used a software called gspot to see what codecs were running in the container and I have that info if needed.
Also, i did what many others have said to do as well and changed the file extension to avi, took the movie out of the folder and put it back in as an avi, but my xbox is still saying it cannot play. I also tried using a usb stick and popping the movie on there and trying to play it in my 360 to no avail. Any suggestions? I can also post the gspot results if needed.
