N40L - Power Saving Investigation - Advice Required

Hi All

I have an N40L which is working as expected.  However, the server remains in a powered on state 24/7.  I am looking to reduce this as in reality it only needs to be on a few hours per day.

What I would like is the following:

1) The server to be powered on for  a set number of hours per day, i.e 3pm to 5pm each day of the week

2) The server to power on at request, i.e at 8pm.

Is this kind of schedule possible?

I understand that the N40L does not support S3 but does support WOL.  However, I am not sure how to achieve what

I require.
