Just upgraded to WS2012e and I noticed that the remote web access site provided by MS seemed to be much slower than any previous versions. It seems to be taking over 45 - 60 seconds to logon. I have read a few articles that point to DNS issues and AD issues due to expired objects. Given that it is a new install I don't have any AD objects that need removal. As far as DNS issues, I have the same setup as did with WHS v1 & v2, and WSSe and none of the other installs had delays to this level. This is the case from internal and external connections.
Page loads are similar in nature. The throughput of my connection seems to be ok given that file transfers are in excess of 11 MB/s once a download in initiated..
Just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas on how to resolve this. I would prefer to not have to re-install WSSe if at all possible. If you need any additional details I will be happy to provide them.
