Client Restore Error Restoring Macbook Running Bootcamp

I am running fully up-to-date WHS 2011 with a small network.  A Macbook Air on the network backs up to the server flawlessly.  From every machine except the Macbook itself one can browse the backup and restore files and folders from it.  However, when attempting to restore back to the Macbook Air I get the error 'The restore process did not succeed.  The system cannot find the path specified.'  (All other PCs restore fine)

If I look in Windows Explorer at that point I can see Drive Z has been mounted and contains the backup.  If I look in the MountBackupWizard log I find quite a few lines documenting successful progress towards the restore, then

[7252] 130606.125506.9430: MountBackupWizard: Connection process completed
[1980] 130606.125508.9420: MountBackupWizard: Only one volume, moving ahead
[1980] 130606.125508.9500: Backup: BackupMounter checking previous mounts.

[8872] 130606.125517.7240: Backup: Length of mounted paths 5

[8872] 130606.125518.6370: Backup: BackupMounter mount path changed.
[1980] 130606.125518.6390: MountBackupWizard: MountPath returned error 3
[1980] 130606.125518.6430: MountBackupWizard: Showing error: Title: The restore process did not succeed; Description: The system cannot find the path specified; Retry: True;

which appears to indicate that after successfully mounting the backup something happened.  I have spent many hours both searching for posts and reviewing logs attempting to determine what happened unsuccessfully.

Can anyone offer any help here?

Thanks
