"configure Backups For This Computer" Missing

I'm backing up 5 Windows 8 Pro machines. However, one PC in Dashboard does not have the "Configure Backup..." option. I've tried uninstalling client, un-joining and rejoining the domain... No change.

Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?
