Hello to all,
I've been browsing Internet and came across a site called webonlinetv which stream TV from many countries around the world. I have found that very interesting and started looking for an application that would integrate with Media Center. Interestingly, I have found that Media Center was actually serving Internet TV but Microsoft abandoned that. I searched the Internet to find something similar and came across 2 applications which I tried but didn't succeed. First was DVBLink, which needs a so called m3u list from your ISP which I couldn't find. So, it was useless unless you can create that list. The second one was TunerfreeMCE and there was some hiccups within Media Center after installation. I couldn't get it to work, so I just uninstalled it.
It seems no one came up with a solution as I couldn't find any application able to play TV streams from Internet. If someone know a way to stream TV from Internet easily, I am willing to give it a try. More if it can integrate with Media Center. The way I see that, is simply entering a url in an application which get the Stream from that url. Every single channel from webonlinetv have its own url.
If you have any idea, please let me know,
Claude
