Streaming Issue

I've got a strange thing. Untill a few weeks ago I could stream all my files to any pc over the internet, for example at work when I logged in to the remote web access page.
Now when I want to play a song it ask me to download the song.
So no streaming is possible anymore, even when I'm on my own network on a pc it does not want to stream.

Can anyone please help me with this? I want to stream my music not download it.
