The LO service fell over yesterday evening, actually I'm not too concerned at this point, but perhaps there are some things that need attention.
The offending event seems to be this one:

Which may have spawned this one:
NetworkMonitor: Timer and monitoring stopped, too many error.
After a reboot of the server everything seems to be fine again.
