I have v1 of an HP 475 that has 3 drives installed and all 4 lights are Red. The power button wont shutdown the unit, and unplugging it and trying to reset to use the server disk to restore has not worked so far. I have tried unplugging it and then repowering it with the reset button pushed in as well as powering it up then pushing in the reset button on the front.
While I have the majority of the data backed up, there are some specific files I would like to recover that I don't have backed up.
Suggestions are appreciated as I am at a loss.
