Map Network Drive Problem

Hi,

I have use map network drive to most of my serverfolders. But everytime I restart my client PC I get this ( http://d.pr/i/25vw ). Even when my launch pad has logged in. The disconnected icon still remains. I have to double click each of the network drive to fix them. How do I fix this permanentley?
