Hi a bit of a strange request but I have the need to have another direct local log in other than the Admin.
the reason is I have me server connected directly to my TV to allow me to play films but I want a user with limited access rights to log in to find the films or use the internet on youtube etc.
I know this isn't what it is designed to do but I found my server was just a file dump and back up as can only stream to laptops or tablets some times it's nice to watch a film on the big box.
I have set the server up close to the TV complete with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and not in the loft now, and all works just fine it is only the log in that stops it being completely usable.
The server is quite high spec as in a Dell OptiPlex 380 duel core with 8GB RAM a 500GB first drive and a 1TB second internal drive with currently a 2TB back up USB drive (this to be upgraded to 3TB soon and the 2TB will then replace the 1TB).
An ideals or help much needed.
