Installing Vlc Streamer - Security Issue

Hi,

I've been trying to use VLS Streamer to watch movies on the Ipad, which are stored on the Server. In order to do this you need to install a 'connection tester' .EXE file on the server.

I have managed to RDP into the Server - EX475 (running the original OS), unblock the .EXE file and install without issue and I can successfully stream movies.

I then moved over to the other EX475 (running PowerPack Version 3) and tried exactly the same. However on attempting to run the .EXE file via RDP, I get the following error:-

Any ideas how I change the security settings or get the file to run?
