Over the last couple of days, I noticed that my WHS 2011 server is often turned on, long after the two client machines have shut down.
Normally, 5 minutes after the last client shuts down, the server hibernates.
I just paid a bit more attention, and what happened was:
- I shut down the last client
- The server hibernated
- The server immediately started back up again
I had a look at the "Lights Out" uptime chart, and it shows there's clearly a problem with the server's uptime, over the last 3 days - please see the attached screenshot image. The home server has been constantly shutting down and restarting, the entire time.
How should I troubleshoot this, please?
