Issue: Disks in external USB JBOD (Mediasonic H82-SU3S2 ProBox 8 Bay External Hard Drive Enclosure with USB 3.0 & eSATA) not working. Disks disappear because they are going to sleep and not spinning back up fast enough for WHS V1's liking.
Needed Solution: Need a way to either keep these disks from spinning down or increasing the amount of time WHS V1 will wait before losing it's fuzy little head and declaring the drive failed, missing, etc.
