Corrupt File "tag Present In The Reparse Point Buffer Is Invalid"

Hello everyone,
First off, I do apologize for asking more questions than I am helping answer....I am still new to servers and all that good stuff, but hopefully I will learn more and be able to help out the community soon.

OK no on to my frustrations...
I am experiencing the very frustrating problem with "Tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid"
This has been mentioned in the forums before, which directed to try the steps mentioned towards the bottom here http://social.micros...3f-3eb8b465c7fe . I can only get up to step 5. First of all, I noticed that my problem file existed in too locations, d:\DE\shares or c:\fs\*\shares as mentioned in what i assume to be the original thread for the solution found here http://social.micros...9e-cacd41365442 (it is the very last faq). The one pointed out by the first link just refers to just the "c:\fs..." so first question, which path contains the real problem file i need to copy over to d:\shares?

I tested out copying the file from the c:\fs.. to d:\shares somewhere, and when trying step 6, I enter

"Fsutil reparsepoint delete
<d:\shares\todel\12345 Wiindow.JPG>"

When I hit enter, I get a syntax error saying i am using the Fsutil reparsepoint delete function wrong. If I try to enter the above without the "< >", I get Wiindows is not a recognized blah blah blah.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong here?

I have an Acer h340 with two, 1TB drives and I am desperately trying to remove one of the 1TB hard drives, but whenever I click remove for the hard drive, it starts and then stops because of a corrupt file with the description "Tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid". Does anyone see any harm with just removing the hard drive physically? It appears as if it has moved files which might be on that drive over to the main 1TB drive. Please help anyone!!

Thanks for reading everyone.

Edit: After some more searching, and digging around my WHS, I think I have a better understanding of the instructions. The fsutil and del commands are in reference to the conflict file stored in d:\shares...NOT the one I copied over from c:\fs..One question now however..does the file i copied from c:\fs need to be copied back into d:\shares? I would think so, but just wanted to check..I actually don't even need the file anymore, but just wondering about how this gets done. Thanks!
