Not the perfect subforum for this, but I figured it was the closest one.
My HTPC has the option enabled to automatically archive Recorded TV to WHS 2011, but it fails to do so. It definitely tries, but it gives the message that it does not have permission to access the recorded tv folder.
Since the HTPC user has full read/write access to that folder, and the HTPC can see all the TV in that folder and play it back, this seems a bit strange.
All I can find with google is references to the same message in WHS 1 PP3. The fix that I can find mentioned (editing the registry) is not applicable to WHS 2011 (the relevant registry entry does not exist).
Has anyone had this problem, and do you have a solution? I don't want to have to manually archive all my recorded tv.
