I have just got round to upgrading my HP EX490 from WHS2003 to WHS2011. All has been OK with the reinstall, iTunes is working as a home share. PC's are all backing up, but the biggest problem is remote desktop from my mac.
I can remote desktop from any of my PC's, but when I run Remote Desktop from my mac it logs onto the WHS creates the desktop, then immediately logs out again.
I have installed the launchpad on my mac.
I am using the MS Remote desktop app, not the remote connection in the launchpad.
I have made sure there are no other sessions on the WHS, firewall is open on the mac for remote desktop.
It all worked fine on WHS2003, no problem.
Has anyone any ideas please ?

UPDATED - now sorted - there was an autorun command in the mac remote console software. deleted it and now all ok.
