We have purchased a Fujitsu ScanSap S1100 scanner with a view to creating a paperless office.
We have an HP microserver running WHS2011 and while the scanner software and driver load they both give errors.
The driver in device manager shows the driver is installed but has an issue. The software gives a warning "Program's operating enviroment is abnormal. (0x80040154)
Has anyone had any similar issues with a ScanSnap scanner? Any ideas how this might be resolved?
