Changed Router Now Cant See Whs

Hi I had a vm superhub with an ip address of 168.192.0.1 and the whs had an address of 192.168.0.10.

New router had an ip address of 192.168.1.1 so changed this to 192.168.0.1 and set up the range from.0.1 to .99, but still can't see the whs even on a fresh boot of everything.

Any help
