I'm pretty sure the easy answer is yes, but to clarify:
Old IBM Thinkpad R60, looks like the old 60GB HDD has failed.
Thinking of getting the 120GB Intel 330 as a replacement, has room to spare (the 60 was near full) but could drivers be a problem? Is anyone familiar if these have particular drivers or will a generic driver included in the WHS restore disc work? Intel offers their data migration tool, but obviously this requires the computer to be working 
Not sure if that would take care of any alignment issues during the process, but it sounds like those would be fixable afterwards.
