Ex490 Add Ins

Guys,

New to the forum, I hope you can shed some light, I have not been able to find anything on the web about this.....

HP Mediasmart EX490 - Everything Standard - 4TB

I have tried to use the Lights out and advanced console add in but when I put the .MSI file into the Add in folder I do not see the file within the console, I can see the default McAfee Virus Scan though....

Hope someone can help.
