Regular Backup Of Client Folders To Server Storage

I wish to backup and synchronise a number of clients PCs (all running Win 7 Pro) to the media folders on my WHS2011 server (picture, music, documents).  I wish new files from the clients to be added to the repository on the server and be propagated back to the other clients (like a glorified MS SyncToy).

Is there any way(or ways) I can do this?  I only seem to have a backup option of the whole PC's? albeit via a schedule.
