Help Finding Cause Of Random Server Hangup

Hi, this has been slowly driving me crazy over the past couple months so I finally decided to try and enlist some help.

I'm currently running a custom built box with 4 HDDs and WHS 2011. It's been running more or less fine for about 2 1/2 years now. About 2 months ago, I noticed that sporadically I would not be able to access the server, and upon further investigation, it appeared to be hung up. I would do a hard reboot and the problem would go away for a day or two.

After this continued for a while, I started digging, and long story short, found that the system drive had some bad sectors. I repaired but the problem continued, and more bad sectors kept popping up, so I replaced the drive, doing a bare metal recovery using a procedure I found on this site.

I figured at this point my problems would stop, but they seem to have just gotten worse since replacing the system drive. I now get a hang up every couple of hours. I've looked through the event logs and haven't found anything that jumps out at me aside from a message about an unexpected restart at the time where I do a hard reboot. Sometimes the server will recover itself if I let it sit long enough. I don't really have anything running on the server, just StableBit DrivePool and LightsOut. Other than that it's really just used as a file server.

I'm definitely no pro at reading event logs; does anybody have any suggestions as to where I can look to try to figure out what's causing these hang-ups/reboots? I'm out of ideas and it's gotten to a point where my server is basically unusable.

Thanks for the help!

~Chris
