Sorry for the cross post, realized to late that I had it in the wrong forum.
Am having a problem with my H340 dropping the network connection. Can boot it up and it connects fine for about 5 minutes but then it drops the network and red 'i' light comes on. Have checked event logs, updated drivers etc with no real clue as to what may be happening, pretty sure the server is still running just has dropped the network.
Have ordered a new PCIe network card under the assumption that the on-board network card is somehow faulty. Any body have any advice/suggestions as to the installation of the new card or other troubleshooting?
As a follow up.
My H340 is still under warranty until mid August, has anybody done a warranty claim through Acer? Can you just remove the hard drives they send you a new box, install hard drives and off you go. How has Acer been to deal with?

If I do a recovery will I loose all my add-ins? I suspect the answer is yes
